Distribution channels under direct expeerly control

Where expeerly controls the video distribution directly (expeerly.com and direct API/widget integration with retailers or brands) we make sure that video reviews and surrounding content is accessible.

In particular, expeerly video reviews are provided with subtitles (closed captions) in English, German, French and English.

We use the service of mux.com to play our video reviews. The mux video player is designed to support accessibility by providing:

Keyboard navigation
Screen reader compatibility
Closed captions / subtitles will show by default

Distribution channels without direct expeerly control

Expeerly video reviews are also distributed on Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook. On each of those platforms the video reviews are supplied with subtitles. Further accessibility for keyboard navigation or screen reader compatibility on those platforms is beyond expeerly's control.

Direct distribution by brands

Customer brands can download the video reviews from the expeerly platform and using them on their own online shop or website without direct expeerly integration.

Each video review is provided with subtitles and transcripts as separate assets in English, German, French and Italian.
