How can I download my review videos?

1. You need to click on "See details" on the pop up window, then you see all available videos including a download button.
   
   The download button will download the original file format, e.g if the original is MOV, it will download the MOV file.
2. Instead of using the download button, you can also click the "Open streaming link" button that will open a streaming link in your browser. You can then use "Save as" to download the videos directly to your device.
3. If you require the MP4 format, please use option 2).
