I can't upload my video review
If you can't upload your video review, please try following:
General requirements and recommendations
- Make sure that your video file doesn't exceed 300MB
- Only MP4 or MOV formats are allowed
- The recommended size is up to 100MB
- Make sure that you have a fast and stable internet connection
- Avoid uploading video reviews when traveling by train or car
Steps to follow if you can't upload a video review
- Logout of app.expeerly.com
- Open an incognito window and log in again
- Select the campaign again and try to upload the review again
- If you still face issue especially on a mobile phone, please try to use a laptop or desktop computer with the Chrome browser
